How do I apply?
You can easily complete the entire leasing process online by clicking here. Fill out and submit your application, your guarantor’s application, and your roommate preferences form. You can even complete the lease for your new unit online! We are also available on site if you wish to visit us to apply in person.

What is included in my rent?
The rent includes internet, basic cable, trash, water, sewer and gas. All of this so you can avoid the hassle of setting up an account and the headache of gathering money from your roommates!
How do I pay rent?
You can pay rent online or arrange to pay by check or money order at the leasing office.
Will my unit come furnished?
Yes. Forget the struggle of a hectic move in. Included in each unit floor plan is a TV, couch, chair, barstools, bed, and storage.
What is an individual lease?
An individual lease is a per bed lease, which means that you are only responsible for your portion of the rent. You lease a bedroom and share the common areas of the unit with your roommate(s).
Do you allow pets?
Yes. Pets are allowed if they meet requirements and all roommates agree to have a pet in the unit. Please contact the leasing office to discuss restrictions and requirements.
Do you offer roommate matching?
Yes! We offer a roommate matching program that matches you with your future roommate. A roommate matching questionnaire is available online when you sign your lease. If you already have a roommate selected, we will work with you to confirm you receive your selected roommate(s).
What kind of security is at The Heights?
The Heights has 24-hour secured access with 109 security cameras. Each individual unit has its own key fob that you and your roommate(s) have access to.
Is there parking?
Yes, absolutely. There is surface parking available for each resident to park their car on the premises.
What if I have a maintenance request?
Our on-site maintenance team is dedicated to resolving any maintenance issues quickly and conveniently. You can submit maintenance requests online or in person at our leasing office. 24-hour emergency maintenance service will also be available.
How much is rent?
Rent varies depending on the size of the unit, the floor style preference, and the location. Please contact our leasing office to learn more about pricing before your favorite floor plan sells out.
Does The Heights provide an on-site laundry facility?
Yes. Each unit has its own washer and dryer.
